Mobile Tire & repair shop

I was involved in a minor car accident in Memphis while traveling from South Carolina. Since it was Sunday, every tire shop and mechanic I called was closed. I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert’s phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn’t be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He

Very informal folks, which is fine and common with mobile mechanics but please be transparent…. I needed a new tire installed after I drove over sharp ice. So I found these people online and called and asked how much it would be for a new tire, he said $150 for a 2014 ford focus. I followed up and said that’s for a NEW tire and labor when you arrive? He said yes, he’d get one from the warehouse and be on the way. I said sounds good. I was under the impression the tire I was receiving was brand new from a warehouse. It was not. It was used and looked to be from a junkyard, and also damaged with writing all over it and no air clasp screw. When I noticed the tire wasn’t new I reached out the same day via text and he said yeah it’s used. I called the next morning and of course he gaslit me and got upset. That’s fine. I’ve disputed the charge and my bank will reimburse me for the cashapp, but I’m just letting everyone know who didn’t know like me, that these tires aren’t new, they’re old $20 tires they get from who knows where, and according to them you can’t get a new tire unless you specify, although they advertise that the tires they put on are new and I did specify. Lol. Just tow y

Alone, 2 hrs from home, chose to hit a curb instead of another car, blown out tire… Juan was respectful, arrived quickly on the scene, easy to talk to, made me feel safe in a bad part of Memphis, changed my tire, and I was safely on my way again. I give him a 10/10. He was BLESSING to me today. If you’re ever in Memphis and need a mobile tire repair, then Juan is the man!!!

Juan was quick, efficient, convenient, and reasonably priced. My mother had a flat tire. I gave him the tire size, and he came prepared with a new tire just in case the plug didn’t work. I highly recommend his service.

Very unprofessional!! Only reason why I called this company to get urgent roadside assistance regarding my flat tire is mainly because of all of the great reviews I read. So, based on that alone, I made one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I called this young man who acted like a teenager who possessed extremely low communication abilities as well as being one of the most rude employees I have ever in my life I’m encountered. Moving forward, I will not base all of my judgment on reading these reviews on Google to get a sense or feeling of the person who I am looking to hire for a small or even big job. Not always are these reviews 100% honest. A short review of what he did: he left his jack on my car after noticing he didn’t have the right tire for my car. Didn’t communicate. Just left. I asked where he was going all he did was mumble. I couldn’t decipher anything which was spoken from him ; sadly. So, I called around. Found someone else who offered to do it cheaper. So, I had him come to fix it. All the while, this guy finally came back and was upset with me since I didn’t want to use his services. Calling me every name in the book. He refused to take the jack off of my car.
